Lacelock is a sneaker resale and authentication marketplace concept for South African collectors and sellers, from Soweto and Sandton to Umhlanga and Mitchells Plain. Sellers list a pair with a guided 12-photo set, buyers pay into escrow, and every pair passes a 12-point check at a hub in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town (box label, stitching, insole, sole pattern, glue lines, UV light and more) before it ships with a numbered tamper tag and a digital certificate. Sellers are paid within 24 hours of delivery. The case covers the seller and buyer apps, price history, the authenticator's lab console, the web marketplace and product page, and English, Afrikaans and isiZulu.
